Use enough detail without oversized files
A clear source matters more than a huge file. Use JPG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB. The upload check requires at least 340 pixels on each side and a maximum of 24 megapixels. Images are re-encoded to remove embedded location metadata.
Show the parts that need to move
If the routine needs full-body movement, show the body from head to feet. Leave some room around the edges. Hidden hands, cropped feet and overlapping limbs leave gaps for the model to invent.
Keep the subject easy to distinguish
Choose one intended subject against a readable background. Avoid overlapping people, shiny mirrors, strong blur or heavy face filters. A separate image is needed for each performer in a multi-person template.
Match the reference direction
A front-facing image and front-facing routine are a practical pairing. A side view may not contain the facial and body detail needed for a turn toward the camera.
Review the first result before making many
Try a short reference first and check identity and anatomy through the complete clip. Better input can help, but it cannot guarantee a particular likeness or motion quality.
